The app helps users systematically record changes in their health and identify individual patterns over time.
SympNote works primarily locally on the device. No user account is required to use the app.

2. Your Data Stays on Your Device
Protecting personal data is a central principle of SympNote.
No registration, No user account, No cloud synchronization by SympNote,
No proprietary tracking or analytics services, No personalized advertising, No transmission of data stored within the app to Sympicon servers.

SympNote allows symptoms and health conditions to be documented in a structured way.

Depending on the functions used, the following information can be documented, for example:

The available input options can be used and customized according to individual needs.

SympNote provides functions for documenting personal well-being and mood.

SympNote is intended solely for personal documentation and does not replace a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

Media stored within the app is generally processed and stored locally on the respective device.

For larger amounts of documentation, SympNote provides various options for quickly finding and organizing entries.

SympNote can be used as a free trial version.
The free version allows: Up to 10 entries, 14-day trial period.
The 14-day trial period remains available even if the maximum of 10 entries has already been reached.
In addition, certain areas of the app contain sample data for demonstration and familiarization purposes.

SympNote was developed with particular emphasis on privacy and local data processing.
Personal information stored within the app is generally not transmitted to Sympicon or external servers.
