This website is used to present my apps and digital projects under the Sympicon brand.
The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process personal data only within the framework of applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich.

When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes technically necessary data. This includes, in particular:

This website provides the option to contact me via a contact form.

The data is processed exclusively for handling and responding to your inquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. My legitimate interest is being able to respond to inquiries and communicate with you accordingly.
If your inquiry concerns the conclusion or performance of a contract, the processing may additionally be based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The transmitted data will be deleted once your inquiry has been conclusively processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

The data will be deleted once the communication has been completed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
